Senior Deputy Ombudsman
Dorothée Beaupré Bernier graduated from the Université de Montréal with a Bachelor of Laws. After starting her career in the insurance industry, she completed a Short Graduate Program in Disability Management from the Université de Sherbrooke. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Dispute Prevention and Resolution (DPR).
Dorothée has wide-ranging experience in the life and health insurance industry and ombudsman services. She is also an accredited mediator and a member of the “Institut de médiation et d’arbitrage du Québec (IMAQ)” and of the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC).
She is also acting as an OLHI’s Conciliator.
