Svetlana Stojisavljevic

Svetlana Stojisavljevic joined OLHI in November 2016 as a Complaints Coordinator. Since then, she has moved into the Complaints and Office Manager role, being responsible for coordinating the dispute resolutions process, assessing complaints at the written level to ensure they are complete and within OLHI’s mandate. She also manages OLHI’s three offices ( Toronto, Montreal and Edmonton) and provides additional support to the CEO and Deputy Ombudsman as needed.
