Montreal, Quebec – The Board of Directors of the OmbudService for Life and Health Insurance (OLHI) announced that Mtre Stéphanie Robillard has been appointed as Executive Director and Ombudsman, effective July 2, 2024.
Leader of OLHI’s analytical team since 2020 as the Senior Deputy Ombudsman, Stéphanie brings solid leadership credentials, team-building skills and professional ethics to the table.
Her extensive skills, experience and industry knowledge on alternative dispute resolution services will continue to contribute to OLHI’s success.
Stéphanie’s impressive academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and a Civil Law Licence from the University of Ottawa, a Master’s degree in Health Law and Politics from the University of Sherbrooke, and most recently, a Psychology of Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
Stéphanie is also a member of the Quebec Bar, the Quebec Mediation and Arbitration Institute (IMAQ) and of the Association for Dispute Resolution (ADR) Institute of Canada. She is an accredited mediator in civil, commercial and labour mediation and has over 20 years of experience in private legal practice. Alternative dispute resolution has always been an important part of the services she has offered, finding equitable and practical solutions for all parties.
