Montreal, Quebec – Stéphanie Robillard, Executive Director and Ombudsman of the OmbudService for Life and Health Insurance (OLHI) announced that Dorothée Beaupré Bernier has been appointed as Senior Deputy Ombudsman and Conciliator, effective September 9, 2024.
Dorothée has wide-ranging experience in the life and health insurance industry and ombudsman services. Her expertise will undoubtedly be a great asset for the OLHI.

Dorothée graduated from the Université de Montréal with a Bachelor of Laws and later completed a Short Graduate Program in Disability Management from the Université de Sherbrooke. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Dispute Prevention and Resolution (DPR).
She is also an accredited mediator and a member of the “Institut de médiation et d’arbitrage du Québec (IMAQ)” and of the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC).
